1. Vehicular Air pollution has reduced Delhi as compared to 1997 due to direct and indirect influences & awareness of citizens were focussed on this issue through (PIL) & judiciary passed several orders to Govt. to implement to curb Vehicular Air pollution & some of which have been implemented & others are in process of implementation.

2. Electricity - 'PIL' was filed in Delhi High Court & Electricity theft courts were established to solve 44% theft of electricity & in the end Govt. has to privatize 'Delhi Electricity Board' for better distribution & to bring eficiency & optional use of resources. In same case 'Permanent udicial courts were established' to lessen burden on judiciary & who could speed up solution between Govt. Public institutions & people.

3. Water - 'PIL' was filed in Delhi High Court in Year 2000. On courts order 'Govt. made Roof top rain water harvesting' compulsory in all new buildings of above 100sq. mtr. Plot & in all institution, Coop societies, Govt. Building. In same case 'Water Bodies' existing in Delhi were surveyed (which are '794' & judiciary passed order to preserve all of them). In same case is still going on. People & Govt. have become more aware about Rain Water Harvesting needed to recharge ground water.

4. Pending projects for water augmentation are being speeded up due to judiciary influence.

5. In overall there is much more awareness & pressure on in Govt. & people of Delhi for Improving Aire, Water, Electricity, Junk Food, Aerated drinks affecting everyone's Life.

6. With the efforts & persuasion of 'Vinod Kumar Jain' Delhi Govt. passed order to ban all Junk Food & Aerated Drinks (like Cola) from Delhi School Canteens.


7. Rain Water Harvesting was made compulsary for flyovers, Govt. Building & further step are being taken to recharge ground water, which is depleting very fast


8. Plastic Bag 2001 has been amended to ban non-biodegradable plastics & use only degradable quality plastics.
